From Classical Inspiration to Timeless Wines

From Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake to Proust, the name Odette connotes grace, charm, and triumph. For us, the moniker inspires crafting long-lived wines with the charisma and power of mythical characters. Our LEED Gold-Certified winery is designed in homage to these legendary female figures and the sensual nature of Stags Leap District wines, with architecture redolent of flowing evening gowns.

Our Tale

Our founders, the trio behind the PlumpJack Collection, were inspired by the potential of Odette’s 45-acre vineyard. They envisioned a sister winery to complement PlumpJack’s plush Cabernet Sauvignons and CADE’s structured, powerful Howell Mountain wines. In 2011, Odette emerged from this vision to showcase the elegance, nuance, and delicacy of Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon.

the setting

Odette is built on a philosophy of hospitality and land stewardship. Renowned architect Juan Carlos Fernandez joined us in this endeavor, layering state-of-the-art technology and environmentally friendly design elements in a flowing, beautiful space. LEED Gold-Certified since 2017, we are committed to preserving our home in the Stags Leap District for generations to come, which is why every Odette Estate wine is made from certified organic grapes.
