Adaptation Tasting Experience
The Adaptation Tasting Experience is an exploration of vineyard sites across Napa Valley with each region’s distinct beauty conveyed through our inviting Adaptation wines and paired with savory potato chips. Walk-ins welcome.
Odette Small Bite Pairing
Begin with a welcome glass of Odette Reserve Chardonnay and a guided tour of our LEED Gold Certified winery, followed by a seated tasting thoughtfully paired with seasonal bites. Each pairing is designed to highlight the depth, structure, and evolving character of our Stags Leap District Estate Cabernet Sauvignon across four library vintages.
