Why the wine industry?:
Adrien finds being able to work with his hands extremely gratifying. On top of that Adrien is intrigued by the vast differences based on location and the mass amount of varietals grown all around the world.

The goal:
Learning from those he works with. Seeing multiple perspectives will help him to find his own style of winemaking that best suits his own tastes and will allow him to craft site specific, biodynamic wines.
